What a racket! The Nouvel Boys Varsity Tennis team currently holds a record of 5-0-1. They played an intense match against Garber on Tuesday, September 23 and brought home a 5-3 win. Today, September 26, the tennis boys are competing in the Tri-Valley Conference. Their next match is against Chesaning next week, Wednesday at White Pine at 4:00. After speaking with the team, they are confident that they will end this season strong. When asked what their mantras were on the court, Philip Sturtz shared, “Knowing I’ll get Starbucks after my match.” Nathan Zeleniuk shared, “I don’t have one I just lock in.” Tino Olvera shared that his pregame hype song is Maps by Maroon 5, and Grant Groya’s song is Let It All Work Out by Lil Wayne. Let’s bring home a TVC win… VERSO ALTO!!!
