Should Nouvel Bring back Pom/Cheer?

It has been a few years since Nouvel’s cheer team performed for the last time. A group of seniors kept the team alive, but after they left, there were no longer enough girls left for the team. Seeing the fun performances every week at football games, and cheering on the sidelines brings a whole new element to the atmosphere. It also brought a whole new element to basketball games. Bringing cheer back to Nouvel would help to improve our cheering at games, and make us look better to other schools. Many people also did not know that cheer was all year round. They participated in pom pom in the fall and then did competitive cheer in the winter and spring. Having many different sports helps students to find activities they enjoy, and helps to bring different elements to the school. If they were to start up a cheer team again, would you join? We would have a hard time finding enough to start a team, but I think we could do it.
