Halloween 2020 there are new movies that come out. For this years new movie came from Netflix called Hubie Halloween. The movie is directed by Steven Brill and is rated PG-13

Hubie Halloween features Adam Sandler as the main character Hubie, the Movie takes place in Salem, Massachusetts. He is a man who loyal to his community and a volunteer. with hubie being a nice and helpful person in the community he is also a target to many pranks, by the kids in town, but he especially a target for pranks around Halloween. Later in the movie he actually is in a investigation of a murder. This movie is a comedy and an typical movie where the unexpected character gets the girl and becomes loved by the town. In my opinion this movie wasn’t my favorite I feel like it could have been better for the publicity it got from Netflix. The cast was mostly a bunch of kid actors, not really  names besides Adam Sandler so personally I didn’t expect this movie to be amazing, however there were some funny moments that did make me laugh, but it didn’t live up to my expectations for an Adam Sandler’s movie. Rotten tomatoes rated this movie on the Tomato meter 47%.

I personally would not recommend this movie, however if you were to watch the movie, it would not be the worst movie ever.
