Our Boys Baseball team has started off their season with a very busy schedule. They have already faced off against five teams this season and are sitting at a steady 5-5 record. Said Senior Nick Fleming, “We’re doing well… we hope to keep our winning mentality all season and hope to make a push to regionals and hopefully even to states.” Last season they had a tough loss to Coleman in the first round of districts. They lost a lot of guys from last season, but have gained a lot more as well. The team has many guys who can play all over the field and have over half the team that can pitch for them. Since the baseball season is so short the guys have a lot of games back to back throughout the week. They face off again Friday night against Marquette in a double header at home to hope to break over a .500 winning percentage.
