The Lady Panthers suffered a tough loss to St. Louis last night. The volleyball team lost 25-16, 25-16, and 25-13 to St. Louis last night, unfortunately ending the girls post season. Overall, the Lady Panthers had an excellent season while facing some very tough competition. One quality that the Lady Panthers exemplified was determination. When faced with adversity and put in situation where they may not have been the better team, they never gave up and always played until the end. The lady panthers will lose a lot of talent with the graduating class of 2017, but the future for the volleyball team is nothing but bright. As stated by Junior and prominent member of the squad Christina Buko, “We really bonded as a team this year, and there was nothing but heartbreak when we lost. Losing only fuels us to do better next year.” Thank you for supporting the Volleyball team and GO PANTHERS!
