Top 5 Super Bowl Commercials

For many of the 115 million people that watch the Super Bowl, not all watch it for the game, but for the commercials. This generation has come to enjoy the commercials just as much as the actual football game. When it comes to the commercials companies do not hold back, they go all out. Every company from Doritos to Budweiser knows how to get to the viewers attention with these commercials.

1. Heinz’s ‘Wiener Stamped’- This commercial comes at the top of our list because of the funny nature it presents to the audience, also with the companies name being so great it adds to this factor. Wiener dogs wearing buns, and condiments are hilarious. Heinz came up with this brilliant yet simple idea for this commercial..

2. Hyundai’s ‘First Date’- This year Hyundai went all out, snatching two of the top 5 spots for the best Super Bowl commercials. This ad made the viewers laugh by having a dad, who is played by comedian Kevin Hart, giving his keys to the Hyundai Genesis to a young man who is taking his daughter on a date. The father uses the tracker on the car to follow his daughter and the young man around on their date. This ad uses humor to appeal to the audience.

3. Doritos ‘Ultrasound’- Through the years Doritos have had some awesome Super Bowl commercials and this year was no different. However, this commercial has been scrutinized by pro-choice groups. The group said that they were “humanizing fetuses.” Take a look.

4. Hyundai’s ‘Ryanville’- This commercial was created to advertise the Hyundai Elantra. It was meant to show the new great safety features, by having two women in a car and they keep getting distracted by Ryan Remolds who seems to be the only man they see. This commercial is a great way for Hyundai to get their new and safe car shown to the majority of the public and to get Ryan Reynolds face out there right before his new movie comes out.

5. Doritos ‘Doritos Dogs’- And to round out our Top 5 Super Bowl commercials we have ‘Doritos Dogs.’ This hilarious commercial shows the Dorito chip, through dogs. The dogs are put in a bad situation, trying to get into a store that sells Doritos. However, no dogs are allowed, so the dogs take initiative and make a plan. If you are interested in finding out more watch the video below.
