Wrestling Update

The boys wrestling team is off to a great start so far. Despite having no seniors, the nine man team has performed well at all seven meets that they have had thus far. This young but talented team led by sophomore Conner Lipinski is looking to keep up the great season. Conner says that “They are doing well and they are hoping to improve as their season goes on.” Over the weekend they had a strong showing at the Gladwin tournament with wins from Eric Gosen, Kyle Lemenak, John Nicklyn, Joe Moskal, Noah Robertson, Conner Lipinksi and Matt Sullivan. The next meet is on Wednesday January 14th and Saturday the 10th in Hemlock. Also, they have a meet the 20th at Swan Valley. If you want to watch a very interesting and physical sport, come out and support our boys at one of their upcoming meets.
