This year’s 2014 fall play is about two criminals who take a wacky family hostage on Christmas Eve with a few surprising twists along the way.  It is a play just like the movie Christmas Vacation, funny family dynamics meets Home Alone. This show is a great comedy full of funny one-liners and has been made possible thanks to play director Mrs. Sprigg.  Mrs. Sprigg has been the play director at Nouvel for over five years and helped the previous director with the work as well. Senior Sarah Schultz plays an 83-year-old women named Aunt Rose who is married to Uncle Leo played by Sophomore Chris Gregory. Said Schultz, “make sure to watch out for one of my many hilarious lines like, ‘These seats are hard on my antique booty’.” The play actors will be performing for NCCE on December 9th. to work out the last minute details. For everyone else, there are wonderful performances on December 11,12, and 13 at 7:00pm. Ticket prices are Adult: $7.00 and Students: $4.00. If you wear an ugly Christmas sweater to the show on Saturday, you get $1.00 off admission. All the proceeds from the concession stand goes to the Emmaus House in Saginaw. Come out and enjoy some family fun to kick off the holiday season!
