The Powderpuff game took place on September 24 under the lights. As always it was the seniors and freshman against the juniors and sophomores. Both teams came prepared to and play hoping to take home a victory. Coming out strong, the seniors and freshmen had the first touchdown early into the first half. But shortly after, the juniors and sophomores run back a kick return and making the extra points tying the score. Going into half time, this year’s Man Pom put on a special performance for the crowd while the teams prepared for the second half. Both teams came out ready to finish the game with their coaches getting into it. Within the last few minutes it’s a tied ball game with the seniors in possession. Gabby Helpap carried the team on her back with a field goal putting the seniors and freshman up by 2, ending the game and leaving the seniors and freshman with a victory. Good job ladies!
