The girls soccer team had a fantastic regular season and finishing it off with a District Championship win over Valley Lutheran 8-0. The “Production Line” led the way for the Panthers consisting of Allie Kendall and Lindsay Stroebel. The girl’s next game is Tuesday at 5:00 at Lansing Christian against Ann Arbor Green Hill. If they win, they play Lansing Christian on their field who they had a crushing loss to last season in the regional final but beat however earlier this season. Good luck to our girls’ soccer team!

Now that the spring sports season is almost at an end, it is time for your Nouvel golf wrap up. The Panthers finished second at districts which were played at Maple Leaf Golf Club in Pinconning. Junior Stone Kelly was quoted saying “Unfortunately, we did not play up to our expectations; however we are putting this behind us and we are looking forward to a brighter future.” At regionals the Panthers golf team did not do as well as they had intended. Junior Stone Kelly was again quoted “It’s a shame that we did not play up to our potential. Next year we are winning states, that is the goal, and that is the reality.” The Panthers only had one golfer qualify for states, junior Nick Ludka. At regionals Nick shot a 77 which is 5 over par. Nick is an exceptionally good golfer and will do great things. All of us here at NCC Panther Print wish him the best of luck.
