Staff Writer<\/em><\/p>\n Boys basketball faces Hemlock tonight at 7:00PM for a chance to snare a District title.\u00a0After a slump toward the end of the regular season, the boys hit their stride winning 3 games out of the last 7. During the course of their late season, they played a brutal match against John Glenn again with the outcome the same as last and both teams combined with 53 fouls. The leading scorer for Nouvel that game was senior Christian Haraga with 13 points. \u00a0Said Haraga about the playoffs,\u00a0” We feel confident. Our record doesn’t mean anything its how we finish.” During the district playoffs Nouvel played first played St Louis and then St. Charles, both marking \u00a0tallies up in the win column. During the St. Louis game, both Christian Haraga and sophomore T.J Radey decided to put on a show, throwing down some ferocious dunks making the crowd go wild. \u00a0The theme for the game tonight is “USA”.
