NCC was forced to reschedule the Homecoming festivities and ultimately change the parade route.\u00a0 Assistant Principal Mr. Dave Szymanowski commented that, &#8220;They were very cooperative in helping to reroute the parade&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The construction continues at the intersection of Shattuck and Wieneke and traffic is still limited to one direction until it is completed. According to the Saginaw County Road Commission website, the project is three weeks behind schedule.
