It was a way to get in the spirit for the season because it was the first girl&#8217;s and boy&#8217;s double header home game.<\/p>\n<p>Riley Mattheis, who&#8217;s on the Girl&#8217;s Varsity Basketball team, agreed that the band did help get the team excited. &#8220;It created more energy and excitement for the team especially since it was close at first.
