Josh is currently 14 years old and a Freshman at Nouvel Catholic Central. Joshua previously attended Peace Lutheran middle school.\u00a0Transitioning from Middle School to High School can be a challenging\u00a0experience, but especially when having to meet a whole new environment of people.<\/p>\n<p>When I asked him what his favorite thing about Nouvel has been so far was he said, &#8220;I&#8217;d have to say Homecoming week. I really had fun during field day and being able to play spike ball and cornhole outside with my friends&#8221;. Josh&#8217;s favorite teacher is Mrs. Adelman, because &#8220;she is just a nice teacher and is very understanding and helpful when I am confused on something&#8221;.\u00a0Her class, U.S. History,\u00a0 is also his favorite class, &#8220;We don&#8217;t get a lot of homework and the teacher I like the most is teaching&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We are excited to welcome Josh to Nouvel as well as to our Nouvel family and hope he has a amazing rest of the school year!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tristen Elizalde &#8217;24 Staff Writer We are welcoming a new student to Nouvel named Joshua Turner.
